Diamond Oceans Possible on Neptune, Uranus

Diamond Oceans Possible on Neptune, Uranus January 20, 2010 by Michael Hickerson - "A new article in the journal Nature Physics says that there could be oceans of liquid diamonds with floating diamond icebergs on Neptune and Uranus."

Man, if this isn't exciting. Just the idea of a diamond lake, or even ocean, is incredible. In every sense of the word. I wonder what it would be like to model a solid diamond vessel on a liquid diamond sea. Can you imagine all the variables that would need to align?
