How close can we get?

Relatively speaking, this is just a blink of an eye after the creation of our universe. The awesomeness of that is indescribable.

  1. That's a pretty long blink. IIRC the best guess at the age of the universe is somewhere between 12 and 14 billion years. This "blink" is over half a billion years, placing it at around 4% of the age of the universe. Still rather early, but no blink. Maybe a nap. :-)
